Corporate Receptionist/Office Administrator

The people at Macquarie Telecom Group all share something in common – the “make a difference gene”.  We now have an opportunity for another individual who likes to find new and creative ways to make a difference, and this one is the first point of contact for all visitors to, and staff at, our Market Street offices in the CBD.


You’ll be the “face” of Macquarie Telecom Group.  Every day will be different and we’re looking for someone who has fantastic customer service, ideally gained in a service industry such as hotels, and a great way with people.     


Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Greeting all visitors to our office in a friendly yet professional manner

  • Manage the reception desk

  • Manage office administration duties including catering, meeting rooms, access cards and stationery ordering/reconciliation      

This is a great job for a highly organised person who likes to be busy and think outside the square.  There is always something to do and we are looking for a person who wants to be  at the front of our office and can manage lots of different tasks and personalities.
