About the role:

 

Working with an existing portfolio of clients, this role is responsible for retention and growth within those accounts. Using your skills and the team around you, you will deliver outstanding customer service

 

In essence though you will:

 

  • An ability to identify commercial opportunities
  • Understanding of voice, mobile, data and hosting products
  • Experience producing written proposals for customers that demonstrate return on investment and value propositions
  • A track record in negotiating Win/Win outcomes for clients
  • Positive results focused attitude
  • Great communication skills
  • An inspirational and consultative engagement style
  • A drive to deliver above and beyond expectations for your customers
  • ·        Build strong customer relationships through regular contact
  • ·        Create excellent collateral to support your needs
  • ·        Understand the customer’s key business drivers, and
  • ·        Deliver. Outstanding. Customer. Service.
