About the role:


The Customer Support Specialist works with a portfolio of Small Business/SME customer accounts. You will be the operational go to person to increase customer satisfaction. Working with technical consultants and operations to achieve resign outcomes across the different lines of business within the assigned portfolios.



About you:


  • You currently work within the Telecommunications industry and have a good understanding of the jargons.
  • You have an intrinsic customer centric DNA and go above and beyond for your clients and stakeholders.
  • You have previous telephone, e-based sales, inside account management or customer service experience.
  • Experience working in the SME/ small corporate market and have a great understanding about technical issues:
    • Solid understanding of telco products and services, especially voice, data and mobility
    • Good understanding of SIP trunking and cloud computing
