This is a 2 years, 3 months’ contract with the opportunity to move into other parts of the business upon completion. This is for an ambitious and passionate team player to join our 'Macquarie HUB'. During this program we will coach and develop you and help you find your next role, typically within Macquarie Telecom. Working in our team, you'll receive comprehensive training enabling you to resolve challenging customer issues while delivering 'gold class' customer service.

A typical day will include:
Delighting customers in every engagement
Going the extra mile to resolve issues and log service requests
Servicing inbound queries in our 24/7 operation (rostered shifts) across our lines of business
This is not any standard contact centre role, in this position you will work with intelligent, tertiary qualified, technical savvy people who really want to make a difference to the customer's experience.
