What you will be doing
We are currently recruiting for 24 month Industry Program placements with the option of a third year and a career path within our growing and successful business.
As a Tier 1 Engineer in our Hosting Management Centre (HMC) you will resolve customers technical issues.
You will be responsible for proactive monitoring of our highly sophisticated Intellicentre facilities and Macquarie’s managed customer infrastructure.
Your role will entail technical diagnostics and restoration of Hosting services, either resolving on first call or escalating where necessary, but always keeping customers informed and up to date.
