We are looking for a natural communicator who can build relationships within an organisation to see a major project through to implementation. You will have a track record of success in defining change and developing communications plans.
Change Planning & Project Management
Working with the business to dfine change and communication plans
Document and report on activities as per plan schedule
Engage stakeholders to ensure plan is adopted and aligned to business culture
Deliver the plan in a way that supports our organisational values and demonstrates effective change planning
Deliver change, training and communications plans
Build collateral to support the effective execution of the plan
Execute the change plan to ensure effective adoption of the HRIS system and processes
Support the project team in their change activities
Manage the effective internal dissemination of projecgt news, anouncements, event calendars and other communcations
Working with system providers to define the training needs for the business
Define and deliver an effective training plan
Effectively manage stakeholder engagement
We are looking for someone with experience with Prosci or equivalent change methodology. You will also have direct experience in being a change and project management lead on an organisational wide project, ideally HR project experience. You will be technically savvy and comfortable in defining and executing cultural and behaviour change projects.
